As google maps from Wroclaw to Prague is suggesting to go this way for cars, I think it could be good option too. It is exactly the same spot as going "West towards Berlin, Dresden" from this website. You need to enter A4 motorway in direction West and exit on "KobierzyceKostomloty" motorway exit towards Lubawska (PL / CZ) {{National Road Number Poland|5}} (it is after ~30km). All cars that go west fit you, you just need to ask driver to drop you off at that exit.
