If you walk, simply go down the main avenue up to the crossroads. Go right here and keep walking straight. Eventually (should take about 15-20 mins) you will see the Meishin Expressway entrance to your left. If you want to take a bus, simply hop on bus 92 and ride until you see the highway entrance.
