The best option in a walkable distance from the city centre would be park Tivoli. It is huge so you can easily find a good place to hide and set up your tent somewhere. People often drink there in the evening so it might be a good idea to sleep in or at least close to the forest, so nobody will bother you.
Edit: I wouldn't recommend going to the forest behind Tivoli. It's very steep and only suitable if you have a hammock with you. Make sure to arrive during daytime since it's difficult to estimate how many people might pass by your camp in the morning before checking out the place.
Another place is up the castle, close to the antena. Just follow the path going away from the castle entrance and it will take you to a small meadow and a small forrest. There is a bigger chance to be spotted here.
