Take the train at Düsseldorf HBF to Oberhausen Sterkrade and then the bus 979 to Heinrich-Heine-Str. You will see the highway from this street, so just walk towards it.
You can also just ask the service point at the Düsseldorf Hbf to print out the best route to Heinrich-Heine-Str in Bottrop.
It will take you ca. '''54 Min.''' to get there with this connection
The fare is about 4,10€, but it is really worth it, because from this station you will get off very quickly.
