From the "Rostock" spot ''S Pankow-Heinersdorf'' you also have a good chance to get a ride to Hamburg.
The hh-spot in Henningsdorf (on the map as well): Rasthof Stolper Heide is a bit hard to reach, be ready to walk about 3km. S-bahn station Heiligensee, walk down Ruppiner Chaussee northwards about 200 m and turn right on an asphalt walking path (There's a sign saying something like "Berliner Wandweg). Cross the bridge over the highway and turn left after that. The asphalt path turns into a sandy road and is parallel to the motorway. At some point you have to get to the other side of the fence (when I was there, there was a spot where the fence had fallen down) and VOILA, you're at the service station!
