Go to rue de Lausanne, near la perle du lac. Take the tramway 1 and stop at Secheron. It's just here, there is a speed control radar in shape of cow, you can wait just after the traffic light. Cars can stop easily. It's a very good spot.
You can also ask people at the petrol station beside. Works really good!
