Changes

** It's the biggest, it's The gathering. It's mainly announced only in Europe (so just drop the "europe" away from title). It's not a "week" - it lasts only for a couple of days. "Gathering" sounds more friendly that "festival" or "week", and there are bunch of other same type of events named "gatherins" already.
