Like going to München, or: bus line 22 or 23 to ''Firnhaberau Endstation'', then walk 10 minutes to ''Raststätte A.-Ost''. On-ramp ''Augsburg-West'' is not useful anymore, because of the approach road that connects the motorway with the B17. Best is to hitchhike at the ''Esso'' petrol station at the ''Donauwörtherstrasse'' just before the junction towards ''Gersthofen-Süd''.
