Changes

As many teams ancountered major difficulties during the [[abgefahren hitchhiking race 2010]] hitching through austria, i suppose to decrease its hitchability to average. also most of our hitchers experienced problems hitchhing in austria on their way back home. my personal experience is that native austrian drivers rarely pick you up. we were mostly picked up by immigrants living in austria or by foreigners passing through the country. Are there any counter-arguments for not decreasing the hitchability of asutria? otherwise, i will do it at the end of the week
