After 200 meters, just after the trafficlights, you reach a busstop where you the cars can stop. If you can find someone who will take you to Bränndåsen, a big gasstation about 30 kilometers from Örebro in direcction Askersund. and place where the trucks stops, you would most likely find someone going south in the dirrection Malmö.
