Take care, at the crossing traffic might also go eastwards for [[Lithuania]], or you might assume this, but trucks over 7.5 t are not allowed on that road. Anyway: Most traffic for e.g. [[Vilnius]] might as well go via [[Kaunas]]. It is definitely your best bet to hitch further north along the E67 and then go east.
