To get to this spot, take tram 4 ( [http://m.stib.be/line.php?lang=fr&line=4&iti=1 stib] ) till the terminus ( Stalle ), then walk further towards the motorway along the big road ( with some massive shops ) till you'll reach the Motorway bridge.
[[Dante]] tried this spot a number of times, and often , within less then half an hour, gets to talk directly to drivers with french number plates going towards Paris.
