Hello, not sure if you're the right person to ask, but you're the right-est person I've found so far. I recently added a spot in Taipei to the map, and on the article I used the <map> tag, with coordinates, I'd seen used elsewhere and have added myself to other pages such as the Gold Coast. However, the embedded map on the page does not show the spot I added, only when you click through to the full map do you see it. I'm guessing it has to do with the new map being open street map and the embedded map being google maps, hence only old spots showing up in the embedded google map view. Is there a way to change this - a different map tag I should be using? --timmy_tofu 11:49, 19 January 2011 (CET)
:Hi Timmy! Don't worry, new spots will start working at some point. Currently embed map is using our old database and old embedded googlemap will be replaced with new system soon enough. I'm the right person yeah. :-) Also you can comment to bugs/ideas -log or to our community page -Mikael 12:17, 19 January 2011 (CET)

Finland Rideshare link
I removed the rideshare site link added to Finland not because it was not "valid", but because it was the only edit that the user had made -- he seems to have signed up solely to promote this site. On many wikis, to avoid rewarding linkspamming, it is customary to revert the addition of external links when they are the poster's first and sole contribution.
