There is a very great service area at on the [[A5 (Germany)|A5]], just out of town.  From the Bruchsal train station, take the bus no. 125 to ''Rasthof Ost'' for going north or west or to ''Rasthof West'' for going south or east. [[User:MrTweek|MrTweek]] thinks this  This is the best service area he ever used in [[Germany]]. You can easily an excellent place to get very long rides lifts in any direction.
