Take the free bus from behind Tesco, at the tram 2 stop ''Ořechovská'', to the shopping center (''obchodni centrum'') Futurum. Once you are at at the shopping center Futurum, you will find a Tesco gas station, but most of the people there are just staying in town. So, walk south a couple of kilometres to a Unicorn petrol station. You can hitch with a (big!) sign reading "Wien" or "Mikulov", the last city in the Czech Republic before the border. Cars are going very fast here, however, and don't have much room to stop, so you might try alternating between thumbing on the road and asking drivers who stop at the Unicorn station.
!!! ATTENTION!!!
As for august 2014 the tram number 2 is not going this way due to some construction!!!The situation might be back as before so I leave the upper part.
You need to take the tram 2X which should be longer and then it will drop you at the good spot. You can change from 2 to 2x at the stop Vsetinskà.
The best would be to go to the stop named: Modřice, Tyršova. Where you just have 400m to the petrol station on the main road to Vienna.
