'''Vilnius Hitch-hiking Club''' ('''VHHC''', ''Vilniaus autostopo klubas (VAK)'' in Lith.) is was one of the leading [[hitchhiking]] organizations in [[Europe]], and a a member of International Hitch-hiking Association. It was founded in October 2nd, 1996, and is was based in [[Vilnius]], [[Lithuania]]. Some of the most prominent club's hitchhikers are were [[Vladas Sapranavičius]], [[Dainius Kinderis]], [[Robert Prins]] and [[Katja and Augustas|Augustas Kligys]].
The club organizes organized local and international hitchhiking expeditions and , competitions, conferences, gatherings, lectures and prepares used to prepare various publications for Internet and mass media while very often collaborating with foreign hitch-hiking organizations. It has regular member meetings and a governing board.The club existed till the year 2014.
Club members used to wear a special yellow -red VHHC uniform when traveling (see [http://autostop.lt/photos/index.php?year=2007# pictures]).
