* Members of the club Augustas Kligys and Katja Lachmann got a lift in a plane in Peru on March 18, 2008.
* Facebook page of the club launched on July 5, 2009.
* Traditional 15th annual public hitch-hiking competition "Baltics" attracted the largest amount of participants - 44 pairs on 24-25 April, 2010.
* Members of VHHC participated in the first HitchGathering organized in Lithuania on 3-6 August, 2012. About 150 hitch-hikers took part in the event.
