If you’re looking for a cool and safe place to camp in that area, go to the small peninsula on the east from [[La Bufadora]] (the one with La Marina restaurant). This piece of land is full of villas where foreign people live. You will easily catch a ride to the very end of the peninsula and find a perfect beach to camp on. Very calm and safe place. Make sure to camp behind the dunes, as it might be windy in the night. Ask local people for hot water to make some tea, and keep in mind that you might even be invited to the house to have a snack.
