About me
I'm a 30-something Dutch hitchhiker. I live in Doetinchem, Netherlands but I usually start hitchhiking on the A3 near Emmerich. I mainly hitchhike for vacations, but want to get into the habit of hitching for daytrips as well.
Modus operandi: I'm a gas station exit dweller, as I believe that people that want to help will stop anyways. I prefer hitching without signs, but always carry a home made whiteboard.

Longest journey: 8018 km. Netherland to Nordkapp, Finland, the Baltics, Germany and Poland. 31 days, 23 days of hitchhiking.
Furthest ride: 596 km (Oulu->Turku)

Most ride's per day: 11x (Moskenes->Evenes)
