Take S1 or S3 in the direction of Olten or Laufenburg (both'll do..) at Basel's main train station ("Basel SBB"). Get off at ''Pratteln'' and follow the ''Zehntenstrasse'' (parallel to the railway tracks) in the direction of the train you took, for quite a long time. Go left at the ''Obermattstrasse'', go underneath the tracks, then straight. Left at the ''Krummeneichstrasse'', that continues into the ''Giebenacherstrasse''. Follow streets, keep right, you will go underneath the ''Bundesstrasse'', at the other side you go left to ''Götzisbodenweg'', through the ''Bahnunterführung'' (thing going underneath railway tracks), and the service station should be visible from there. Continue the ''Götzisbodenweg'' until there's a crossing in the garden fence and you will be at the motorway service station '''Pratteln-Süd'''.

Go right at the ''Heissgländstrasse'', and follow until you find a small passing on the right, which will lead you to the motorway service station '''Pratteln-Nord'''.
