2. there are tolls, where you can hitch :)
DO NOT USE THE HIGHWAY WITH THE TOLL AS IT IS BAD FOR HITCH HIKING!Note the 'ban' on hitch hking by the highway security, the petrol stations that are far from the road, and the relatively low density of vehicles on this sort road.
