Option 1: Take the bus number 11 from the center of the city (ticket will costs about 15krones=0,60 Euro cents) and then get out on the bus stop "Úžín". Right there is good spot for car and you may catch the cars to Dresden.
Option 2: Go to the main bus station and get a bus to the village "Varvažov" (the bus stop is called "Telnice, Varvažov") then continue to part of the village "U Kina" and there you'll see gas station on highway D8. there will be small road, wheres bridge under the highway, so go there, cross the bridge and the go to the gas station
