Hitching out

North towards Suwałki, Agustow, Lithuania (E67 Via Baltica)

The best spot is in Jurowce. It's a huge lay-by next to a grocery, right after a bridge. In case things go wrong there is a PKS bus staion. Arriving from Warsaw direction the best is to follow TIR's beltway (ring road). They turn left before Białystok city limit, pass Auchan supermarket then follow Suwałki direction. While on the road to Suwałki go on until you pass the Supraśl river and approximately 3 km further you will find yourself in Jurowce.

Southwest towards Warsaw (E67)

One need to take bus nr 4 and get out after the bus turn left from main road. the bus stop is 50 m after the turn. Walk back 50 m to the main road and you are on the staright road with a wide shoulder

South towards Lublin (national road 19)

One must take bus nr 2 and get out at the last stop. The bus stop lay-by is followed by a wide shoulder. It is a good hitching spot, but expect many other fellow hitchers
