Going to North West, Danube Delta, Moldova
From anywhere in Constanta look for a 43 line bus to go to Carrefour. From this place you'll find easy a ride to go to Tulcea and Danube Delta or Harsova, if you intend to cross the Danube and go to see Moldavian Monasteries or to go to Ploiesti and Brasov.
