From anywhere in Constanţa look for a 43 line bus to go to Carrefour. From this place you'll find easy a ride to go to Tulcea and Danube Delta or Hârşova (Harshova), if you intend to cross the Danube and go to see Moldavian Monastries or to go to Ploiesti and Brasov.
