To Tel aviv: No6 and No35 highway. However ,if you are not a hardcore hitchhiker or not wanna stuck in nowhere at night , take bus to Jerusalem (cost 2 euro),then hitch in the famous begin north trempiyada .its much easier back to tel aviv.
