Kołobrzeg is a city in the north of Poland, located at the Baltic Sea coast. It's inhabited by more than 44 thousand people. Cars registered in Kołobrzeg have registration plates ZKL.

The German hitchhiking society abgefahren e.V. finished it's first hitchhiking race 2008 in Kołobrzeg.

East towards Koszalin

  • By national road 11

From the railway station walk southeast along Unii Lubelskiej and Koszalińska street till you get to Rondo Solidarności roundabout. Cross the roundabout and continue walking along Koszalińska street. Behind the railway bridge and Biedronka supermarket there is a bus stop where you can hitch.

Southeast towards Karlino

  • By regional road 163

From the railway station walk southeast along Unii Lubelskiej and Koszalińska street till you get to Rondo Solidarności roundabout. On the roundabout turn right to Krzywoustego street where regional road 163 starts. Just try to hitch a ride there, best spot might be the bus stop some 250m down the street.
