Liep%C4%81ja is a city in Latvia, situated directly on the coast of the baltic sea. There was an important miitäry port of the UdSSR.

Hitching out
East towards Riga
Take Bus 129 (not totally sure about the number) to Grobina until final station. Than walk left for 200 metres to reach the main road to Riga. Use a "Riga" -Sign and it will be quite easy!
