North towards Sevilla, Cordoba, A45
Take the bus #2 at Junta de Andalucia (just ask where it leaves) until the last stop. They will let you out directly on the ramp to the motorway. Like you can see on the map there is a street next to the highway which leads you after 1.5 km to a petrol station which should be good for hitchhiking north.
