Malaga is a main city in Andalusia, a region in Spain.
Hitching Out

North towards Sevilla, Cordoba, Granada, A45
Take the bus #2 at Junta de Andalucia (just ask where it leaves) until the last stop. They will let you out directly on the ramp to the motorway. Like you can see on the map there is a street next to the motorway which leads you after 1.5 km to a petrol station which should be good for hitchhiking north. It's recommendable to walk next to the Highway for the high faires for walking ON it.
South towards Marbella, Algeciras, Gibraltar, Tarifa

Take the Cercanías-train to El Pinillo (30 min, by 2007 1,15€). Then walk 1 km northwest through the streets. At the end of road Calle de Vicente Blanch Picot there is a tunnel for crossing the motorway.
