New-Brunswick is Canada's only bilingual province. You sould be able to get by using either French of English. The 3 biggests cities of the province are St-John, Fredericton and Moncton. If you go there in the summer and you enjoy beaches go to the town of Shediac that is close to Moncton, they have one of the best beaches in eastern Canada.
