Hitching in and around
If you are traveling north on the E67 Via Baltica to Tallinn, try not to accept cars going only to Pärnu, unless they are willing to drive you to the end of the city. If you are dropped off at the entrance to Pärnu, you would have to walk or take the bus 10 or more kilometers to the point where you can hitchhike onward.
