Be carefull and stay only on sliproad, not on highway (sometimes police pass by). Average waiting time is less than 1 hour. Heading North (Mlada Boleslav, Liberec, Goerlic, Dresden, Berlin)
Take a metro, line B (yellow), to the final station: Cerny Most, then continue the same direction (along big road), across small roads going out of it, walk under the highway, follow the way turning right to get on the highway, walk along untill the railway bridge, just before you get there: thumbs up!!
Heading West (Plzen, Nürnberg)
From metro Zlicin (line B - yellow) take bus nr 380 or 308 to Rudna, and from the village it's about 5-10 min walking to the gas station. Avoid going into Plzen or getting dropped off on the bypass. Better try to find a direct ride to Germany from the last gas station before Plzen.

From metro Opatov (line C - red) follow loud from highway. Walk the road about 5 min, keep going over the crossroad and bridge over highway. Now you can see another hitchhikers on sliproad.
