Do we really need to try to list all border crossings? and why are neighboring countries listed under 'tarof', is this pun intended? :)

VOA on Armenian Meghri border

It seems that it is not possible to get VOA for Iran on Meghri border anymore. We tried that today and were refused. Iranian soldiers at the border said it is impossible and we should get back to Yerevan and apply for it there.
