What is this for?? Maplefanta 22:21, 30 March 2008 (CEST)

This page is used as a sign-up page for the 888_PROJECT. Could someone adjust the title/ url and link it to the theme page of 888_PROJECT? Thanks. --Robino 00:55, 1 April 2008 (CEST)

Why is there a difference / classification made between people hitch hiking so called " long distance " from Istanbul or Georgia , compared to people Hitch hiking ( what ? " small distance ??? ) from - and back to - Finland , Estonia , Romania... Germany ????

I do not get the point ?

Thanks for clarifications.

reply from Robino by email :

haha Dante, I guess you hit a nice point here! I hadn't seen it like this before. The thing though is that Fabrice and others came up with the idea of organising rings, ie. in how many days you could h.h. to Paris, and to have checkpoint cities as modes of convergence along that ring.

The 'far distance' places are simply places that fall outside of the rings. I don't think showing off is part of this.

Hope this clarifies ;)

Thanks Robin - Perhaps we could rename it " Asia " then , if its out of the " European " Rings ?
