Changes

:Just got back from Romania and as Swiss guy above wrote, it's dreamland for hitchhikers. I don't want to forcefully edit the article, but it's misleading. I travelled from west to Black Sea and back, visiting cities on the way, I got 12 rides there in total and only 3 times there was any money in question. Two times they were cabs driving a longer distance, in one case I didn't agree to pay, so a woman left me there, once guy was disappointed, but gave me a lift anyway. And once I agreed to pay 10 lei, but in fact I learnt about payment after boarding. Still, it was "professional" bus.
