:::It is another discussion about intrinsic versus extrinsic motivation - quite interesting. it is funny to see that people are against it ("ohhh, we are all so intrinsic motivated") and at the same time arguments about status and the right to give awards and things come up... Looking at this, I would say everybody his sweets.
