Republicans. Tennessee (and most of the southern [[United States of America|United States) ]] is notorious for being very fairly conservative in their actions and opinions. Not everybody is that bad, but there Most of the people down here are enough some of them to be careful none the lessnicest folks around. The few that aren't are everywhere, though, not just in Tennessee.
Musicians are greatly appreciated here. Street performing, especially country-related, is a great way to generate revenue for your hitchhiking experience.Carrying a sign is alright, as long as it's humorous. People respond much better to a sign that has personality than despair.
Contrary to popular belief, hitchhiking is NOT ILLEGIAL Sales tax in Tennesseeis very high - almost ten percent. There That means in general, money is a loophole in the law regarding suchtighter than usual. Luckily, so that as long as you stand on an onrampthere are plenty of Dollar Generals, you can hitchhike without trouble from the police.
