Thanks for your comments, I changed the entry. I mentioned the unconfirmed S.A. for Nagoya, I wonder if I did that right?

==Morocco caughtsCyprus Changes==never used hitchwiki Thanks for talks so dont how actually it works, try the message ..as you may know CS deleted their Wiki .. So I had to decide where to answer here what u wrote me about policeput new info .. i was not "complaining" cause first i dont like doing I decided on Hitchwiki as it in general is the one I use and secondly i dont think here is also the place for thatnew http://couchwiki.org/ which someone has created.sharing experiences and helping others The accommodation listed is how i conceive this wiki, thats why i thought what I call on my own website : "Accommodation not in guidebook". Of course if it was useful in the guidebook there would be no point in listing it. In light of budget accommodation being rare in southern Cyprus it's important to share minethis info. u r somehow right about my look/appearanceI understand the hitchwiki policy on not being comprehensive on BUDGET accommodation, i didnt but I will retrieve the info from past edits and dont like tourists post it in couchwiki. The thing is my own policy is that all the information for Backpackers should be in generalone place so I will change around I will stop putting updates first into Hitchwiki and rather put them on Couchwiki. My attempt is not to list all accommodation, and morocco but rather list accommodation for hitch-hikers & backpackers when it is overcrowded of difficult for them to find it , as guidebooks like Lonely Planet are now focussed on more expensive options. Coincidentally I got an email from themthanking me for the info, that means right at the same time as yours arrived.Stewgreen (i guess u saw talk) There's no need to keep all information in just one place. Hitchwiki has always tried to support the ecosystem of libre wiki projects when it) every 2 secondcomes to budget travel information beyond hitchhiking. For example, wherever, u r asked many Hitchwiki articles link to Trashwiki for dumpster-diving tips. Wikivoyage is the major community-driven project for roomstourism info, hotel, any other tourist cheating stuff, they can clearly see u r europeanso by adding your accommodation listings there would help the project out, especially with green eyes and white face, i was too bothered by that sort of racism (all around the world, everyone but okHitchwiki article could link to the corresponding Wikivoyage article." I already linked to that article.) However it's accommodation info is useless and thought my djellaba, long beard and good enough arabic were the page confusing in general. If there was a good choice wiki for budget accommodation I would link to that, but there isn't. you say There's no need to keep bothering people awayall information in just one place."
I say , probably it would have been enough answering them politely (as i did be great if all the info for basic budget travel could be found in iran, though persian people are so much calmer and insist less than arabs)one place. these were - There is a need for basic travel information like the elements made police classifying way Lonely Planet used to be when it was subtitled on a shoestring. Wikivoyage is not that. It seems to me as sure terrorist, that Hitchwiki should take on that role rather just be a specialist STRICTLY hitch info site .. already most of the info on the wiki is not to do with hitching and can be found elsewhereThere is no point in me putting my digitprintshot accommodation tips on Wikivoyage, etc when cos it was enough checking database is not focussed on budget travel... It would be great if you could tell me where the page is which states Hitchwikis policy on listing accommodation Stewgreen (talk) 12:58, 16 April 2013 (CEST) -I think i know what I am talking about.
- Actually I led the seminar on computerFreecamping at Hitchgathering last year, asking few questions and let me golast night like most nights I freecamped. iwas caught In 77 days in Cyprus I have freecamped most nights and only 3 times cause was not afraid nor suspicious by people nights have I paid more than €5 to sleep. Also the Dutch guy led a workshop on travelling on €1 a day .. and instead of looking for in 23 years travelling I average €10/day total spending. I think we agree that places which are especially cheap or free should be listed It is just a question where we draw the line. There were 2 free places a spot by myself i always felt safer asking locals€4 place and 2 €5 places on that list you deleted all not mentioned in the guidebooks. onceI would say it's good to mention the cheapest place in town, cos that really helps the worse, in chaouentraveller, they straightly called police know to move on quickly to next place or free camp. Their is a strong connection between hitchwiki and brought me at station, but others were the security man of the mosque shoestring travel. (i asked for if there was a shoestring travel wiki it would heavily overlap hitchwiki)
- I am not minded to start editing that Wikivoyage as it's a spot mess ..try getting to the info for my tent and they offered me the inside school, but responsible North Cyprus from their main Cyprus page.
- BTW if you search Hitchwiki for security didnt feel comf without authorization hostel is has hundreds of mentions of cops) them .. will it be a project to call delete them, or them directly all ?
Hi since there NOT YET an official policy on mentioning places to sleep I am starting a discussion over on the Google group https://groups.google.com/forum/?fromgroups=#!forum/hitchwikiI invite you to come by me while hitchin, next to algerian border, with such ridiculous excusesus all and discuss it there ..may I post your words also ? New thoughts after sleeping
- What info do we keep in the Wiki ?
STUFF THAT IS USEFUL TO HITCHERS .. im sure as one hotel employee that is helpful
- What stuff do we delete ?
- stuff that is NOT USEFUL or DUPLICATE easily found elsewhere
The NO DUPLICATION rule is important but shouldn’t rule over the give helpful info rule
so if it doesn’t exist elsewhere or it’s difficult to find then keep it in the wiki

CRCulver misunderstood me he said me”Hitchwiki is not meant to include exhaustive listings of paid accommodation”, main problem but all I did was post basically the cheapest known place for each region.
You don’t post the Hilton cos that i was speaking arabic, and almost no foreigner is not useful to hitcher. In a country where cheap places are not common then it is USEFUL to a hitcher to know the cheapest place cos
- if it is a cold stormy day then he has the option to check in to a place for 1 night to do, that was surprised his washing ..and made suspicious cops as locals though i thought if the cheapest place is $40 he knows to look for a secret room etc.
and I still think they are it good to keep SLEEP CHEAP TIP LIST on a separate page so that it doesn’t clog the main listing.
as I said lets talk on the group == Unacceptable username? ==:15 April 2013: 23:33 (Block log) . . "vagabondsI didn't hitch on the roads in Musandam, but..." (dont know what u refer As I see it, either I need to with that wordinclude this caveat, saying u dont or simply not mention hitching on land at all. Hitchwiki's greatest weakness is not the standard of writing; it's when people portray speculation as fact. It doesn't really make sense to include something like them, i used that in the 'personal experiences' section either. I guess I could have put "this writer has never hitched on the roads..." or "Tonypro thinks it cause cops called me 's likely..." But I think what's currently written conveys an important bit of info in that the best possible way when i said them i didnt , as much as I would love to support an academic standard of writing on Hitchwiki. My feelings won't be hurt if someone else changes it, but I'mma leave it alone. == Thank you == Thanks for your help. I used the same article for Biarritz but don`t have any stable job but time to edit it right now. So feel free if u refer you want! I will try to freeloaders begging constribute as good as possible (with less exclamation marks^^) and also edit my profile soon!elbjorno88 == Mentioning oneself in Berlin ==That's the streets me neither i like them) that meant, unconventional tourists, hitchhikers especially (bikers normally are more understood)style I observed in many articles I read. hope to And I have explained enough (though im never able to do say I find it useful. I would consider it the natural evolution for an article - it, especially at pc gets more objective when more and more people try out some spot.I'll try to edit the text in more neutral way, but I think it's important to stress when data is not reliable (yet). That might be a foreign language)good thing for some standard box, like "This spot is a stub [;p], it was tried by # contributors so far." and after confirming or denying it gets the regular form. == Paris edits ==I think there is some info ill update again police section without any reference to personal exp php?title=Paris&diff=76795&oldid=76792 here that ill keep as u put it could stay. Also some people get a bit upset if you remove (giving more detailsmost of)the info they added. Can you give it another try? :) Fedeguaka(talk) 16:30, 25 August 2014 (UTC) == Deleting spammers == My current set-up to keep an eye on Hitchwiki is as follows, using Firefox. I have four pinned tabs:
* Tab n+0 - Recent Changes* Tab n+1 - Check User* Tab n+2 - 1000 Recent Changes==CleanupThanks for the message * Tab n+3 - Stop Spam Forum (Search page) Regularly refresh "Recent Changes" and as soon as you may know CS deleted their Wiki .. So user names of the format FirstnameLastname (F & L capitalized) appear, I had copy them to decide where the "Check User" tab to put new info .. I decided on Hitchwiki as it get the IP address, which is posted into the one I use and also the new http://couchwiki"Stop Spam Forum".org/ which someone has created. In light If that results in a lot of your policy output, the user is blocked and on not being comprehensive on accommodation I will retrieve the info from past edits "Recent Changes Cleanup", the creation and post it in couchwiki block are both set to Hidden. Other names are checked on a random basis, turns out that even "normal" names occasionally belong to spammers...
