Vama Veche is a small village in southeastern Romania, located on the Black Sea very close to the border with Bulgaria. In summer, the beach attracts many people looking for a less commercial atmosphere than the other Black Sea resorts.

Walking out of Vama Veche might be the easiest thing a hitchhiker can do.
