Could you kindly stop filling articles with pictures of yourself? It's one thing to contribute photos that can guide other hitchhikers, but this is getting gratuitous. CRCulver 00:34, 11 March 2012 (CET)
- Ok. First of all, sorry to upset you with my pictures. Anyways what issit you really wanna tell me? Check some random page, I'd estimate the hitchhike pics showing of one of us makes about 70% of all pics. It makes them personal. I like it like this, because it makes hitchwiki a fun place. We are not a scientific forum like Wikipedia are we? If you wanna stop ppl upping pics of them, why don't we do a democratic decision and put a remark on the upload page: "Don't upload pictures showing you or others!" =) I'm sad that my contributions to Hitchwiki are broken down to "Pictures of yourself". Yeah the last two pics seem ridiculous probably: But the camel, I'm serious about: You can do it there. I'll delete the Eilat desert (planking) picture, though it gives ppl a useful idea of what the Arava highway looks like. I'm sorry I upped too big files. Will downsize them in future. Hope we'll get along fine. This project is really cool! Love. Craig. --Halt, Stop! Reudnitz kommt. 12:33, 11 March 2012 (CET)
- Nobody says you cannot upload pictures of yourself, just don't put the same picture on many different pages, and try to make them (marginally) relevant. There's always the gallery on the main age for "fun" pictures! Prino 13:19, 11 March 2012 (CET)
Besides not adding the same picture in more than one place, can you also use Photoshop/GIMP/whatever to reduce the size of your uploaded pictures. I've just reduced CraigIsraelKfarAdomim.jpg to a quarter of its original size, without it being noticeable... Prino 10:03, 11 March 2012 (CET)

I know that you have some useful info on how to get out of Bangkok/from the airport into town/etc. Would be awesome if you could add that to hitchwiki as I'll be going that way in a little while and other people will be equally glad :-) cheers! --Zenit (talk) 10:25, 8 October 2012 (CEST)
