Ensenada is a city in Baja California, Mexico.

Hitchhiking out

South towards San Quintin / Guerrero Negro / Baja California Sur

On the boulevards along the Ensenada malecon and beach, you can take a bus to Maneadero, or even to the next village (I don't remember what the bus says, but it's the same bus). Cost is 11 pesos to Maneadero, 13 to the next village. From there, it's easier to hitchhike south, because you're out of local traffic.

If you're coming from Tijuana and you only want to pass Ensenada, get off at the caseta de cobro just before town, and wait for a ride across town.
