Rapid_City is a city in South Dakota.
Hitching out
The Lacrosse Street entrance to I90 is easily one of the best spots in the country to catch a long distance ride, and most certainly the best place to try to hitch out from the entire black hills region of South Dakota. People here won't necessarily pick you up more often, but you can bet there will be plenty of long distance traffic coming through this stop. If you are trying to make a lot of progress, hold out here for a long distance ride instead of just getting a ride to Spearfish or Wall.
