Rosh Pina is a small village in the North of Israel.
Like most places in Israel, hitchhiking out is just a matter of locating yourself close to the bus stop and sticking out your hand.
In Rosh Pina it's also quite doable to hitchhike up the hill to the small village, by hithing from the bus roundabout near the commercial center (Google street view). If you are interested in hitchhiking north or south on highway 90, just wait on the bus stops on highway 90 (there are two - one for north and one for south).
