Winona is a wonderful little city Southeast of the Twin Cities ([[Minneapolis ]] and [[St. Paul]]), in [[Minnesota ]] state, USA. It is in the beautiful bluff country on the West west side of the Mississippi River. In 2012, the population was 27,944. It is a small college town with many arts and events, including Steamboat Days in the summer, and is known as the stained glass capital of the United States. It is a great little town to spend time in.
