Before creating the page of Witten I read some kind of warning, that the page existed before but was deleted. Despite the reason "mass delation" I could not find the reason for that. Hope everything is alright with creating a new version. Dorfdisco 14:20, 14 January 2013 (CET)
I plan to create an article about Recklinghausen in the Ruhr Area as well and there appears the same information Warning: You are recreating a page that was previously deleted.
You should consider whether it is appropriate to continue editing this page. The deletion and move log for this page are provided here for convenience:

Maybe some kind of spam?
By the way: It is very difficult to hitch in or out of the Ruhr Area and sometimes you need to go to another city inside of the area to do so. Is it appreciated when I create articles about all of them and give advice where is the closest place to go or should there only be an article when the content is about the city itself? - No worries about previously deleted pages, they were most likely spam. There is never a valid reason to not have a page about a city, as long as you got any content to add.
- If the best hitching place is in another city, it's best to refer to the article. See Karlsruhe -> Direction North -> Option 2 for an example how this could be done. Don't feel tied to that format, but it's better to not have the exact same information on 2 pages.
- Also, note that there is a good article on Ruhr Area, which has some generic information. --MrTweek(talk) 01:45, 15 January 2013 (CET)
