From Järntorget, take [http://www.lanstrafiken.se/upload/Lanstrafiken/Orebro/Dokument/Kartor/Linjekarta%203%20okt%20v03.pdf bus 22] direction Mariebergs to the Mariebergs Köpcentrum stop. Across the street from the bus stop is a crappy American car dealership and a gas station just next to it. This gas station's accessibility to motorists going either north or south on the motorway in combination with it's distance away from the city center make it the best location for getting out of the city with someone who is going a reasonable distance.
